The Wyoming STARS registry is moving to a new learning management system. At this time, we are unable to process any further course requests or credits in the STARS system, and no new accounts should be created. We anticipate the new system will "go live" in mid-August. DFS will provide updated communication regarding courses and credits in the new system as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
